Russell Moccasin is committed to the perfect fit and exceptional quality of our handcrafted footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your stock size purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your boots are in original, unworn condition and were purchased as a stock size; please note that custom-fitted or bespoke orders are non-returnable.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the boots in their original packaging and include a copy of your invoice, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Process

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our Wisconsin workshop, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
